Roof Repair
We find where your roof is leaking and fix it, from worn flashing to damaged shingles.
Most roof leaks start small. A stain on the ceiling, water after a heavy rain, or a drip near the chimney is often the first sign. The water you see inside is rarely right under the spot where it gets in, so the repair starts with tracing the leak back to its source. We stop leaks and repair chimney flashing, which is one of the most common places for water to get in. Flashing seals the joint where the roof meets the chimney, and when it cracks or pulls loose, rain follows it down into the house. One customer told us we repaired their chimney flashing very quickly and for less than they expected. We repair asphalt shingle and metal roofs on both residential and commercial properties. If the damage turns out to be too widespread for a repair to hold, we will say so and explain why. If a storm caused the damage, we can help you with your insurance claim. Call (513) 863-5300 and tell us what you are seeing.

Common questions
Why does my ceiling leak when the roof looks fine?
Water often enters at flashing, a vent or a damaged shingle and travels along the decking before it drips. We trace it back to where it actually gets in.
Can you repair flashing around a chimney?
Yes. Chimney flashing repair is one of the services we do. It is a common leak point because the seal between roof and masonry wears over time.
Do you repair commercial roofs too?
Yes. We work on both residential and commercial properties.
